Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Form Link for Sheets™, the Google Workspace™ add-on that fills PDF forms from Google Sheets™ data. (It is separate from the Form Link iOS app and Chrome extension, which are covered by the main Form Link Terms of Service.) By installing or using the add-on, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the add-on.

The service

Form Link for Sheets is provided free of charge. It runs inside Google Workspace and, with your authorization, reads the spreadsheet you have open, the PDF template you select via the Google Picker, and a folder it creates in your Google Drive™, named by you, to save the documents it generates. It does not require a separate account, and we do not charge for use.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the add-on only with data and documents you are authorized to access, and in compliance with applicable law and the Google Workspace and Google Drive terms. You are responsible for the content of the spreadsheets and templates you process and for the documents the add-on generates on your behalf.

Your data

The add-on processes your data solely to generate the PDFs you request, entirely within Google Apps Script, and stores generated documents only in your own Google Drive. We do not transmit your spreadsheet data, templates, or generated documents to any third-party or non-Google server. The add-on does send your email address, your Workspace domain if you have one, and counts of the PDFs you generate to form-link.ai, to confirm your account and meter usage. Our handling of information received from Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

No warranty

The add-on is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the add-on will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated documents will be free of defects. You are responsible for reviewing generated documents before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the add-on.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue the add-on at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. You may stop using the add-on and revoke its access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
