About Form Link
We're building the simplest way to get paper forms into your computer.
Form Link was built by people who watched office workers waste hours retyping the same forms every day. Church offices, property managers, insurance agencies — all doing the same thing: staring at a paper form, then typing it into a computer. Over and over.
We knew there had to be a better way. So we built one.
We're a small team focused on one thing: making paper-to-digital as easy as taking a photo. Form Link reads handwriting and messy scans with AI recognition, so a capture arrives already usable rather than half-right. Images are sent for recognition only when you take a capture, never in the background, and our providers don't keep them afterwards. If you'd rather no image left the phone at all, on-device recognition is one tap away on the capture screen.
