The Problem

Volunteer sign-up sheets, donor forms, event registrations, grant applications — non-profits drown in paper forms that someone has to type into the computer.

How Form Link Helps

Snap photos of volunteer sign-up sheets and import them instantly
Process donation pledge cards without manual data entry
Convert event registration forms to your database in seconds
Keep grant reporting data organized without the typing

Forms You Can Process

Volunteer applications Donation pledge cards Event sign-in sheets Intake forms Grant reporting forms

Every hour your staff spends typing forms is an hour not spent on your mission.

Common Questions

Yes — handwriting is the main thing it is built for. Sign-up sheets, pledge cards and intake forms are usually filled in by hand, and you review every value before it is saved, so a misread name is caught before it reaches your database.

No. You photograph the forms you already use. Form Link learns the layout of a blank copy once, then reads every filled-in copy of that form the same way.

Wherever you already work — a Google Sheet, or a web application like a donor CRM or case-management system. Form Link fills the fields in your browser rather than asking you to migrate anywhere new.

Captures are sent to trusted cloud services — Google Cloud Vision, Google Gemini and Anthropic — to be read, then returned to you for review. They are never sold, and they are not used to train anyone’s models. On-device recognition is available as a fallback, though it is less accurate on handwriting.

Setup is one person, once: install the iPhone app and the Chrome extension, photograph a blank copy of each form, and map its fields to your destination. After that, volunteers only take photos.

Stop typing non-profit forms. Start snapping.
